The R.I.S.E. Coach plays a key role in unlocking student potential through personalized, structured learning support. Working closely with students, teachers, boarding staff, and families, the coach provides targeted academic coaching
designed to build confidence, independence, and effective learning strategies.
R.I.S.E. supports students with diagnosed learning needs, those requiring structured academic guidance, and learners
seeking to strengthen their study habits and self-management skills.
Your job includes in particular:
Your Responsibilities:
1. Personalized Learning & Coaching
· Deliver 1:1 personalized learning sessions (1x, 2x, or 3x per week, depending on student needs)
· Provide academic coaching and mentoring tailored to individual learning profiles
· Support students in developing effective study habits, organization, and self-advocacy skills
2. Monitoring & Support
· Conduct daily check-ins and academic monitoring
· Track progress against each student’s Individual Support Plan
· Provide exam accommodations and access arrangements in collaboration with relevant staff
3. Collaboration & Communication· Maintain regular communication with parents and teachers
· Participate in parent-teacher consultations to review progress and adjust support strategies
· Work closely with teaching staff, boarding teams, and learning support profession
4. Specialized Support
· Deliver high-touch, intensive support for students with complex learning needs
· Provide holistic, highly specialized support for students with very complex learning profiles,
where required

· Experience in learning support, academic coaching, or personalized education
· Passionate about inclusive education and student empowerment
· Strong understanding of diverse learning needs and differentiated strategies
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to build trust and motivate students while fostering independence
· German/English speaker
